Burtonwood Generator And Switchgear Services Limited are based in Lea Green, St Helens and are a recognised leader in the field of generator build, maintenance & servicing across a range of sectors. They are now looking for an Apprentice Administrator to join their team.

£280 per week 

Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm 

Main duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and logging enquiries/jobs onto the company system
  • Receiving Purchase Orders from suppliers and reconciling them against Purchase Orders.
  • Inputting Purchase Invoices onto IT system
  • Keeping QA & HS administration up to date
  • Updating and maintaining information on company database
  • Supporting Operations Team
  • General admin duties including opening post, using franking machine

Desired skills:

  • Good level of IT skills is required including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Able to work as part of a team and has a flexible approach
  • Good communication skills

Desired Personal Qualities:

Conscientious and self confident with a good sense of humour

Desired Qualifications:

GCSE English and Maths A-C or 4-9
