SSO Logistics Ltd are your partner for transport & distribution of palletised freight; from importing containers, containe de-van, storage then onward delivery to anywhere in the UK & Europe. They are now looking for an Apprentice Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

Apprentice Customer Service Admnistrator

£211.20 per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm 

Main duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answering the phones to deal with customer enquiries
  • Arrange relevant collections, transit routes and deliveries
  • Dealing with external suppliers and 3rd parties via phone and email
  • Transferring calls to correct departments as required
  • Dealing with customer enquiries via emails
  • Updating company systems and inputting data

Desired skills:

  • Good communication skills are required
  • Confidence to use the phone

  • Reliable with excellent time-keeping
  • Willing to learn and keen to gain a career within a customer service role

Desired Qualifications:

Good level of numeracy and literacy skills
