Apprentice Office Administrator is required for a local plant hire company based in Haydock who support house builders and civil engineering companies on a national basis
£299.60 per week, Onsite Parking and Company Pension
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact to customers via telephone and email
- Answering customer calls and process information timely
- Preparing customer quotes and reports
- Supporting our hire and service teams
- Dealing with customer queries
- Maintain accurate customer records

- Knowledge of Microsoft office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
