Apprentice Office Administrator is required for a local plant hire company based in Haydock who support house builders and civil engineering companies on a national basis

 £299.60 per week, Onsite Parking and Company Pension

 Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact to customers via telephone and email
  • Answering customer calls and process information timely
  • Preparing customer quotes and reports
  • Supporting our hire and service teams
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Maintain accurate customer records

 Desired skills:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to process information timely and accurately
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Attention to detail
