Main Responsiblities
- The primary responsibilities of the successful candidate are to:
- Answer incoming calls, including overflow calls from Reception and other departments
- Load and process all new agreements, ensuring agreements are correctly scanned and saved to secure online storage
- Ensure all data is uploaded onto relevant systems completely, accurately and in accordance with GDPR guidelines
- Issue welcome packs and invoices to clients
- Monitoring the 3 Collections Support inboxes and respond in a professional and timely manner to ensure Customer Service Levels are met
- Manage a small portfolio of customer accounts in arrears, including chasing customers for payment and taking card payments over the phone
- Complete other administrative tasks as necessary
- Process and send direct debits, AUDDIS submissions, and incoming BACS payments against contracts
- Deal with all customer matters efficiently, fairly, and consistently in line with cultural values and FCA requirements
